Yoga Basicx: Finding Your Breath & Balance - Next session coming soon

This introductory class will focus on breathing and meditation techniques as well as some basic postures to help with balance and strength. If you have never tried yoga before and have thought about it this is the perfect class to start. No flexibility required just an open mind and open heart.

DANCE MIXX (Our signature workout)

Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy.



Don’t just burn calories, incinerate them. Interval Dance Mixx adds High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) cardio bursts to get your heart pumping and push your metabolism into overdrive. This total body cardio plus strength workout is a roller coaster ride and you want to be on it!



Dig deep and leave it all on the floor with this feel-it-everywhere workout. Targeted, long-lasting muscle carving sets lead the charge, followed by shorter blasts of cardio dance to maintain intensity.  This is where heavy strength and short cardio bursts collide in a class that works long after the workout is over.
